The MohaveMaps home page: hero headline, Open Map Viewer button and the six available state buttons
The home page you'll land on β€” the whole site is these three moves: sign up, search, export.

1Create your free account

  1. Click Sign Up Free on the home page.
  2. Type an email address and a password (6+ characters). That's it β€” no credit card.
  3. Confirm the verification email, and your 5-day free trial starts immediately. The countdown is always shown in the banner at the top of the map.
The Create Account form: email, password, confirm password, and a Sign Up and Get Trial button
The sign-up form β€” email, password, done. No card required.
Your trial is the full product β€” unlimited searches and navigation sheets. When it ends, $12/month or $115/year keeps everything running β€” or grab a $5 1-day pass if you only need one property.

2Find a parcel

  1. Open the Map Viewer from the home page.
  2. Pick your state and county in the two drop-downs at the top of the search panel.
  3. Type the parcel's APN (assessor's parcel number) into the box and press Search. The parcel is drawn on the satellite map in blue.
  4. Need several at once? Paste a whole list β€” separate them with commas or new lines and every parcel appears in one search.

A found parcel: the blue shape is the boundary, straight over real satellite imagery.
Zoom out far enough and parcels show up as numbered pins β€” great for seeing a whole list at once. Zoom in close and the exact boundary polygons take over.

3Read the map & the parcel popup

Click the blue parcel (or its pin) and a popup opens with everything important:

Button / fieldWhat it does
APN Β· Owner Β· AcresThe parcel's record details from county GIS data.
πŸš— Directions greenOpens Google Maps with driving directions to the center of the parcel β€” on your phone this is your buyer's trip.
πŸ“„ Nav Sheet pinkGenerates the one-page Buyer Navigation Sheet PDF (step 5).
πŸ“‹ Copy APNCopies the parcel number so you can paste it into county records or your own notes.
Parcel popup open on the map showing APN details and the three action buttons: Directions, Nav Sheet and Copy APN
The parcel popup β€” the three buttons cover most of what you'll do.
Use the πŸ›°οΈ Satellite + Streets switch at the top-right of the map to flip between satellite photos, topographic lines and a plain street map β€” topographic is the one for judging terrain before a visit.

4Set up your branding (one minute, pays for itself)

Before you generate sheets, click βš™οΈ Configure Buyer Nav Sheet & Branding in the search panel and fill in the three boxes:

The branding panel expanded with company name, contact details and gate-code note filled in
Your branding travels with every nav sheet you send.
These settings stick in your browser, so you only ever do this once per computer.

5The Buyer Nav Sheet β€” your finished product

Open any parcel's popup and click πŸ“„ Nav Sheet. A moment later a one-page PDF downloads β€” ready to email, text or print for your buyer:

A generated Buyer Navigation Sheet showing the company header, property details, satellite image, two QR codes, corner GPS coordinates and agent notes
A real generated sheet (this one was made from the parcel in step 2 β€” open the full PDF).
On the sheetWhy it matters
Your headerYour name and contact on every page β€” it looks professional and brings calls back to you.

Two QR codesOne opens the parcel in the map viewer (so the buyer can find themselves), one starts turn-by-turn driving directions. Buyers just point their phone camera at the paper.

Your notesThe landmark directions and gate codes you set up in step 4.
The sheet is generated on your computer and downloads instantly β€” nothing is emailed through us, so send it however you like.

6Handy extras

7Common questions

How accurate are the boundaries and coordinates?

They're reference estimates from public county GIS data β€” accurate enough to find, visit and evaluate land, but not a legal survey. Every map and sheet says so. For legal corners, hire a licensed surveyor.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. Five days, full access, nothing to enter. Subscribe only if it earned its keep.

What does it cost after the trial?

$12 per month, or $115 per year (two months free). Only need it once? A $5 one-day pass covers you for 24 hours. Cancel any time from your account page.

Does my buyer need an account to use the QR codes?

No β€” the QR codes open the public parcel view and Google Maps directions, free for anyone with a phone.

My county isn't listed. Can it be added?

Yes β€” use the "Request it here" link on the home page and tell us the state and county.

Where do I manage my subscription?

Log in and open My Account in the top-right corner β€” plan, receipts and cancellation live there.
